A high-capacity, high-flow sediment filter designed to catch leaves, dirt, and other debris from rainwater tanks. Pleated for increased surface area and washable for long-term functionality, this cartridge is built from a lightweight, water-safe polypropylene that traps solid particles on its outer surface while letting clean water pass through.

Since collected impurities are primarily held around the outside of this filter, the pleated surface can be rinsed to refresh the cartridge and extend its life. However, we still recommend replacing the cartridge every 12 months to minimise bacterial risks.
